43. Maar Israel antwoord vir Juda: "Ek het tien keer meer aanspraak op die koningskap; selfs aan Dawid het ek meer as jy. Waarom het jy my nie in die saak geken nie? Was my uitnodiging nie eerste om my koning na my toe te laat terugkom nie?" Maar Juda het 'n beter saak gehad as Israel.
