12. Daar is toe aan Dawid vertel: "Die Here het die gesin van Obed-Edom voorspoedig gemaak en al sy besittings vermeerder ter wille van die ark van God." Dawid het toe gegaan en die ark van God met feesvreugde uit die huis van Obed-Edom na die Dawidstad toe laat bring.
