19. Nogtans, die hegte fondament wat God gelê het, staan vas met dié woorde daarop gegraveer: "Die Here ken dié wat aan Hom behoort," en: "Elkeen wat sê dat hy aan die Here behoort, moet wegbreek van die ongeregtigheid."
