13. "Julle mag so iemand nie met die hand aanraak nie; hy moet beslis met klippe doodgegooi of met 'n pyl doodgeskiet word. Dit maak nie saak of dit 'n mens of 'n dier is nie; hy mag nie bly lewe nie. Eers wanneer die ramshoring blaas, mag hulle die berg uitklim."
