2. Hý is die Een wat wysheid het; daarom het Hy 'n ramp laat losbreek en het Hy nie afgesien van wat Hy gesê het nie: Hy tree op teen die volk wat altyd verkeerd doen én teen die volk wat hulp verleen aan dié wat onreg doen.
