7. So sê die Here, die Heilige van Israel, sy Verlosser, vir dié een wat diep verag is, wat deur die nasies verafsku word en wat 'n dienaar van regeerders is: Konings sal sien wat gebeur en sal opstaan, leiers sal buig tot eer van die Here wat getrou is, die Heilige van Israel wat jou uitverkies het.
