23. Die gerug het toe onder die broers versprei dat daardie dissipel nie sal sterwe nie. Jesus het egter nie vir Petrus gesê dat daardie dissipel nie sal sterwe nie, maar: "As Ek wil hê dat hy in die lewe moet bly totdat Ek weer kom, is dit nie jou saak nie."
