38. En toe hy hom neerbuig in die tempel van sy god Nisrog, het sy seuns Adramméleg en Saréser hom met die swaard neergeslaan. Maar hulle het ontvlug na die land Ararat; en sy seun Esar-Haddon het koning geword in sy plek.
