24. Shërbëtorët e tij e hoqën nga qerrja e tij, e vunë në një qerre të dytë që ai kishte dhe e çuan në Jeruzalem. Kështu ai vdiq dhe u varros në varrezat e etërve të tij. Tërë Juda dhe Jeruzalemi mbajtën zi për Josian.
