9. Kështu Hazaeli shkoi të takohet me Eliseun duke sjellë si dhuratë gjërat më të mira të Damaskut: një ngarkesë prej dyzet devesh. Pastaj ai vajti, u paraqit tek ai dhe i tha: "Biri yt Ben-Hadadi, mbret i Sirisë, më ka dërguar te ti për të pyetur: "A do të shërohem nga kjo sëmundje?"".
