21. Por bijtë u rebeluan kundër meje; nuk ecën sipas statuteve të mia, nuk respektuan dekretet e mia për t'i vënë në jetë, duke i respektuar të cilat njeriu do të jetojë për to; përdhosën të shtunat e mia, dhe kështu vendosa të derdh mbi ta tërbimin tim dhe të shfryj mbi ta zemërimin tim në shkretëtirë.
