7. Prandaj kështu thotë Zoti, Zoti: "Duke qenë se ju keni qenë më të pabindur se kombet që ju rrethojnë, nuk keni ecur sipas statuteve të mia dhe nuk keni zbatuar ligjet e mia dhe as nuk keni vepruar sipas ligjeve të kombeve që ju rrethojnë".
