17. Prandaj kështu thotë Zoti, Perëndia i ushtrive, Perëndia i Izraelit: "Ja, unë po bëj që të vijë mbi Judë dhe mbi gjithë banorët e Jeruzalemit, gjithë atë të keqe që kam shqiptuar kundër tyre, sepse u kam folur, por nuk më kanë dëgjuar, i kam thirrur, por nuk më janë përgjigjur".
