3. Ai do të jetë gjyqtari midis shumë popujve dhe do të jetë arbitri midis shumë kombeve të fuqishme dhe të largëta. Me shpatat e tyre do të farkëtojnë plore dhe me ushtat e tyre drapërinj; një komb nuk do ta ngrerë më shpatën kundër tjetrit dhe nuk do të stërviten për luftë.
