15. Ndërsa qeveritarët e mëparshëm që më kishin paraprirë e kishin rënduar popullin duke marrë bukë dhe verë, dhe përveç kësaj dyzet sikla argjendi. Madje edhe shërbëtorët e tyre silleshin si zotër me popullin, por unë nuk veprova kështu, sepse kisha frikë nga Perëndia.
