3. በተጠራም ጊዜ ጠርጠሉስ ይከሰው ዘንድ ጀመረ እንዲህ እያለ። ክቡር ፊልክስ ሆይ፥ በአንተ በኩል ብዙ ሰላም ስለምናገኝ ለዚህም ሕዝብ በአሳብህ በየነገሩ በየስፍራውም መልካም መሻሻል ስለሚሆንለት፥ በፍጹም ምስጋና እንቀበለዋለን።
