17. ስለዚህም እግዚአብሔር፥ የተስፋውን ቃል ለሚወርሱ ፈቃዱ እንደ ማይለወጥ አብልጦ ሊያሳያቸው ስለ ፈቀደ፥ እግዚአብሔር ሊዋሽ በማይቻል በሁለት በማይለወጥ ነገር፥ በፊታችን ያለውን ተስፋ ለመያዝ ለሸሸን ለእኛ ብርቱ መጽናናት ይሆንልን ዘንድ፥ በመሓላ በመካከል ገባ፤
