9. መጽሐፉን ትወስድ ዘንድ ማኅተሞቹንም ትፈታ ዘንድ ይገባሃል፥ ታርደሃልና፥ በደምህም ለእግዚአብሔር ከነገድ ሁሉ ከቋንቋም ሁሉ ከወገንም ሁሉ ከሕዝብም ሁሉ ሰዎችን ዋጅተህ ለአምላካችን መንግሥትና ካህናት ይሆኑ ዘንድ አደረግሃቸው፥ በምድርም ላይ ይነግሣሉ እያሉ አዲስን ቅኔ ይዘምራሉ።
