2. ለገዦችና ለባለ ሥልጣኖች የሚገዙና የሚታዘዙ፥ ለበጎ ሥራ ሁሉ የተዘጋጁ፥ ማንንም የማይሰድቡ፥ የማይከራከሩ፥ ገሮች፥ ለሰው ሁሉ የዋህነትን ሁሉ የሚያሳዩ እንዲሆኑ ኣሳስባቸው።
