4. понеже владетелят е Божий служител за твоя полза. Но ако вършиш зло, да се боиш; защото той не носи напразно сабята, понеже е Божий служител, мъздовъздател за "докарване" гняв, върху {Гръцки: За гнева спрямо} този, който върши зло.
