4. အာရှုရိရှင်ဘုရင်တို့သည် လာ၍၊ များစွာသော ရေကို အဘယ်ကြောင့်တွေ့ရမည်နည်းဟု လူများတို့သည် ဆိုလျက်၊ စုဝေး၍ စမ်းရေတွင်းရှိသမျှကို ပိတ်ကြ၏။ ပြည်အလယ်၌ စီးသောချောင်းရေကိုလည်း ဖြတ်ကြ၏။
