17. ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် လိုက်လျက် ထိုမင်း သည် မိမိနိုင်ငံ၏ အလုံးအရင်းရှိသမျှတို့နှင့်တကွ ဝင်စား ခြင်းငှါ ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်၍၊ မိန်းမငယ်အားဖြင့် ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းငှါပေးစားလိမ့်မည်။ သို့သော်လည်း သူသည် အကြံ မမြောက်၊ အကျိုးမရှိရ။
