4. အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်သားတို့ကို ကြမ်းကြုတ်သော သခင်တို့ လက်သို့ ငါအပ်သဖြင့်၊ ပြင်းထန်သော ရှင်ဘု ရင်တပါးသည် အုပ်စိုးလိမ့်မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင် အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
