13. သင်သည် ဥပုသ်နေ့ကို မရှုတ်ချ။ ငါသန့်ရှင်း သော နေ့မှာ ကိုယ်အလိုသို့မလိုက်၊ ဥပုသ်နေ့ကို မွေ့လျော် ရာနေ့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအဘို့ သန့်ရှင်းသောနေ့၊ ရိုသေ ဘွယ်သောနေ့ဟူ၍ ခေါ်သဖြင့် ကိုယ်အမှုကိုမပြု၊ ကိုယ် အလိုသို့မလိုက်၊ ကိုယ်စကားကို မပြောဘဲ နေ၍ ထိုနေ့ကို ရိုသေလျှင်၊
