23. ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သိမ်း သွားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ပြန်သောအခါ၊ ယုဒပြည်၏မြို့ရွာတို့၌ နေသောသူတို့က၊ အို ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းနေရာအရပ်၊ အိုသန့်ရှင်းခြင်း နေရာတောင်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် သင့်ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူစေသတည်း ဟူသော စကားကို တဖန်သုံးကြလိမ့်မည်။
