28. ဝလျက်၊ မျက်နှာပြောင်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ဆိုးသော သူတို့ထက်သာ၍ ဆိုးကြ၏။ တရားသဖြင့်မစီရင်ကြ။ မိဘမရှိသောသူငယ်၏အမှုကို စောင့်၍ အနိုင်မပေးကြ။ ဆင်းရဲသော သူဘက်၌ တရားသဖြင့် မစီရင်ကြ။
