28. ထိုနေ့၌ ယောရှုသည် မက္ကဒါမြို့ကို တိုက်ယူ၍ မြို့နှင့် မင်းကြီးကို ထားနှင့်လုပ်ကြံပြီးလျှင်၊ မင်းကြီးနှင့် တကွ မြို့သားအပေါင်းတို့ကို တယောက်မျှ မကျန်ကြွင်းရ ဘဲ ရှင်းရှင်းဖျက်ဆီးလေ၏။ ယေရိခေါမင်းကြီးကို ပြုသကဲ့ သို့ မက္ကဒါမင်းကြီးကို ပြုသတည်း။
