17. Ug si Saul miingon kang David: Ania karon ang akong kamagulangang anak nga babaye si Merab, siya akong ipaasawa kanimo; magmaisugon lamang ikaw alang kanako, ug gubata ang mga gubat ni Jehova. Kay si Saul miingon: Dili itugot nga magadapat ang akong kamot kaniya, kondili ang kamot sa mga Filistehanon ang padapaton kaniya.
