4. Ug hingkaplagan sa hari sa Asiria ang pagluib ni Oseas; kay siya nagpadala ug mga sinugo ngadto kang So nga hari sa Egipto, ug wala mohatag sa buhis alang sa hari sa Asiria, ingon sa iyang ginabuhat sa tuig-tuig: busa gitakpan siya sa hari sa Asiria, ug gigapus siya didto sa bilanggoan.
