8. Ang Ginoong Jehova nagapanumpa pinaagi sa iyang kaugalingon, nga nagaingon si Jehova, ang Dios sa mga panon: Ako nagaayad sa kahalangdon ni Jacob, ug nagadumot sa iyang mga palacio; tungod niini itugyan ko ang ciudad uban ang tanang butang nga anaa niana.
