Si Miqueas ang Morasti nagtagna sa mga adlaw ni Ezechias nga hari sa Juda; ug siya misulti sa tibook katawohan sa Juda, nga nagaingon: Mao kini ang giingon ni Jehova sa mga panon: Ang Sion pagadarohon sama sa uma, ug ang Jerusalem mahimong ingon sa mga tinapok, ug ang bukid sa balay mahisama sa hatag-as nga mga dapit sa usa ka lasang.
