Ang pulong nga gisugo ni Jeremias nga manalagna kang Seraia ang anak nga lalake ni Nerias, ang anak nga lalake ni Maasias, sa diha nga siya miadto uban kang Sedechias ang hari sa Juda ngadto sa Babilonia sa ikaupat ka tuig sa iyang paghari. Karon si Seraia mao ang pangulo sa mga magbalantay sa mga lawak.
