10. Apan ang kanding, nga niini mahulog ang palad alang kang Azazel, igapahamutang kini nga buhi sa atubangan ni Jehova, aron sa pagbuhat sa pagtabon-sa-sala alang kaniya, ug sa pagpalakaw kaniya tungod kang Azazel ngadto sa kamingawan.
