1. V třetím roce vlády Kýra, krále perského, bylo Danielovi, který byl pojmenován Beltšasar, zjeveno slovo. A to slovo je pravdivé; týká se velké strasti. Pochopil to slovo. Pochopení mu bylo dáno ve viděních.
