4. A řekli faraónovi: "Přišli jsme, abychom v této zemi pobývali jako hosté, poněvadž pro ovce tvých otroků nebyla žádná pastva; na kenaanskou zemi těžce dolehl hlad. Dej svolení, ať tvoji otroci mohou sídlit v zemi Gošenu."
