18. Po sedmi dnech pak dítě zemřelo. Davidovi služebníci se mu chlapcovu smrt báli oznámit. "Když ještě chlapec žil," říkali si, "domlouvali jsme mu, ale nechtěl nás poslechnout. Co až mu řekneme: ‚Dítě umřelo?' Mohl by provést něco hrozného!"
