1. Poutní píseň. K horám své oči obracím - odkud se dočkám pomoci?
  
2. Má pomoc od Hospodina přichází, jenž nebe i zemi učinil!
  
3. On nedá klopýtnout noze tvé, tvůj ochránce jistě nedříme.
  
4. Jistěže nedříme ani nespí ten, který ochraňuje Izrael!
  
5. Hospodin je tvůj ochránce, Hospodin po tvé pravici dá ti stín.
  
6. Neublíží ti slunce během dne, ani měsíc za nocí.
  
7. Hospodin tě ochrání před vším zlým, tvou duši ochrání.
  
8. Hospodin ochrání tvé vycházení i vcházení jak nyní, tak i navěky!
