10. In jedem Rechtsstreit, der vor euch gebracht wird von seiten eurer Brüder, die in ihren Städten wohnen, betreffe es Blutrache oder Gesetz und Gebot, Satzungen und Rechte, sollt ihr sie unterrichten, damit sie sich nicht an dem HERRN versündigen und sein Zorn nicht über euch und eure Brüder komme. Tut also und versündigt euch nicht!
