11. Bin ich aber im Unrecht und habe etwas begangen, was des Todes wert ist, so weigere ich mich nicht zu sterben. Ist aber nichts an dem, dessen diese mich anklagen, so kann mich niemand ihnen zu Gefallen preisgeben. Ich berufe mich auf den Kaiser!
