7. (H6-8) Sämtliche Fürsten des Königreichs, die Landpfleger und Satrapen, die Räte und Statthalter erachten es für ratsam, daß eine Verordnung aufgestellt und ein Verbot erlassen werde, wonach jeder, der innert dreißig Tagen irgend eine Bitte an irgend einen Gott oder Menschen richtet, außer an dich allein, o König, in den Löwenzwinger geworfen werden soll.
