1. Wenn jemand ein Weib nimmt und sie ehelicht, und sie findet nicht Gnade vor seinen Augen, weil er etwas Schändliches an ihr gefunden hat, so soll er ihr einen Scheidebrief schreiben und ihr denselben in die Hand geben und sie aus seinem Hause entlassen.
