5. Wenn jemand kürzlich ein Weib genommen hat, so soll er nicht in den Krieg ziehen, und man soll ihm nichts auflegen; er soll in seinem Hause ein Jahr lang frei sein, daß er sich seines Weibes erfreue, das er genommen hat.
