5. Wenn Brüder beieinander wohnen und einer von ihnen kinderlos stirbt, so soll das Weib des Verstorbenen nicht einen fremden Mann von auswärts nehmen, sondern ihr Schwager soll zu ihr kommen und sie zum Weibe nehmen und die Schwagerpflicht an ihr vollziehen.
