21. Aber das Übrige soll dem Fürsten gehören, zu beiden Seiten der heiligen Gemarkung und des Grundbesitzes der Stadt, längs der 25000 der Gemarkung bis zur Ostgrenze und längs der 25000 bis zur Westgrenze, entsprechend den Stammanteilen. Das gehört dem Fürsten; die heilige Gemarkung aber und das Heiligtum des Hauses liegt mitten drin.
