8. und wer innert drei Tagen gemäß dem Rat der Obersten und Ältesten nicht kommen würde, dessen ganze Habe solle mit dem Bann belegt und er selbst aus der Gemeinde der aus der Gefangenschaft Zurückgekehrten ausgeschlossen werden.
