25. Du aber, Esra, nach der Weisheit deines Gottes, die in deiner Hand ist, bestelle Richter und Rechtspfleger, die alles Volk richten, das jenseits des Stromes ist, alle, die deines Gottes Gesetze kennen; und wer sie nicht kennt, den sollt ihr unterrichten.
