5. Da er sich aber noch nicht entschließen konnte, sprach er zu ihm : So kehre zurück zu Gedalja, dem Sohn Achikams, des Sohnes Saphans, welchen der babylonische König über die Städte Judas gesetzt hat, und bleibe bei ihm unter dem Volk, oder gehe, wohin es dir gefällt! Und der Oberste der Leibwache gab ihm Wegzehrung und ein Geschenk und entließ ihn.
