1. Ein Wallfahrtslied. Aus der Tiefe rufe ich, HERR, zu dir:
  
2. Herr, höre meine Stimme! Möchten deine Ohren aufmerksam sein auf die Stimme meines Flehens!
  
3. Wenn du Sünden behältst, HERR, wer kann bestehen?
  
4. Aber bei dir ist die Vergebung, auf daß man dich fürchte.
  
5. Ich harre des HERRN, meine Seele harrt, und ich hoffe auf sein Wort.
  
6. Meine Seele harrt des Herrn, mehr als die Wächter auf den Morgen, als die Wächter auf den Morgen.
  
7. Israel, hoffe auf den HERRN! Denn bei dem HERRN ist die Gnade, und viel Erlösung ist bei ihm.
  
8. Und er wird Israel erlösen von allen seinen Sünden.
