32. Als nun Athenobius, der Freund des Königs, nach Jerusalem kam und die glänzende Hofhaltung Simons und die prächtige Tafel mit den goldenen und silbernen Geräten und die zahlreiche Dienerschaft sah, wunderte er sich sehr und richtete aus, was ihm der König befohlen hatte.
