35. Als aber Lysias sah, daß die Seinen flohen, die Juden dagegen unerschrocken und bereit waren, in Ehren zu leben oder in Ehren zu sterben, zog er ab nach Antiochia, um Kriegsvolk anzuwerben und mit noch stärkerer Heeresmacht wieder nach Judäa zu ziehen.
